The Company is committed to working towards an incident-free workplace through effective administration, education, experience and training. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the HSEQ philosophy and culture of the Company.
The well-being of the Company and that of our clients is a direct result of a positive HSEQ culture and is the foundation of our mutual and long term success. As applicable, each individual is expected to protect the health and safety of themselves and fellow workers in compliance with prevailing jurisdictional legislation and applicable safe work practices and procedures established by the Company.
The Company recognizes that a safe work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all employees, clients and subcontractors,and that the assistance of each individual is required.

We extend the same standards to all our customers, suppliers and associates.
The Company will always conduct our own services honestly and honourably, and expect our clients and suppliers to do the same. Our advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through our services, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers.
The Company will not maintain business through illegal conduct or practices, and will comply will all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Corruption or bribery in any form is strictly prohibited.
Duty of care
Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all businesses and organizations, including this Company, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organizations we deal with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.
Conflict of interest
The Company shall not participate in an activity or decision that involves a real, perceived or potential conflict of interest in its business dealings with clients.
Our contract will usually be in the form of a detailed proposal, including aims, scope, activities, costs, timescales and deliverables. The quality of our service and the value of our support provide the only true basis for continuity. We always try to meet our clients' contractual requirements and provide a fully satisfactory service. The Company always try to propose solutions which accommodate our clients’ available budgets and timescales. Service fees are presented to clients in a transparent manner.
Intellectual property and moral rights
We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return we respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients' intellectual property.
We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities, scopes, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. The Company strives for business excellence via a continuous improvement and corrective action process in a timely manner.
We conduct all our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients. The Company maintains a drug and alcohol-free workplace. The use of illegal drugs and alcohol and misuse of prescribed and over the counter drugs will not be tolerated in our workplaces. In achieving this, all employees and subcontractors may be subjected to drug & alcohol testing when and as deemed necessary by Company management and as per client requirements.
